Thanks to the properties of short recovery time, soft & resilience of the vermicelli, the friction cooking Noodle (So called "Guo Qiao Rice Vermicelli" in commerce) was enjoyed by extensive consumers. The sell of this product increased rapidly and got the biggest marketing of all kinds of instant rice noodle in China. After the study & practice, kennyway made break through in technology of KR5A Production Line.  The noodles produced by  KR5, KR5A production lines have become the dominant products in the market. Kennyway has extensive customers such as Daohuaxiang, Sinian, Baixiang, Chunxiao, Xiuhel Baijia, Yitai, Jinhe, Jindali, Jinfeng etc.

  The main strong points of KR5, KR5A Production Line, 
  1. The KR5 is a kind of economical Production Line. It needs less production area and investment. 
  2. KR5A Production Line can carry out continuously automatic production & labour saving. 
  3. The output of the new cooking extruder & vermicelli extruder is 2~4 times the output of the traditional extruder. 
  4. There are multi layers aging machine & hanging aging machine of the KR5A Production Line. It can carry out much longer continuously aging. 
  5. The new Vermicelli separator gets more efficiency by two dimensions rubbing of vermicelli while running. 
  6. Noodle cake auto press shaper is an original product of kennyway. It is possible to pack the noodle cake by automatic packing machine after press shaping. 

  The Flow Chart of KR5A Production Line:: 
  rice→elevating by jet flow→sand separating→rice washing & soaking by jet flow→dehydrating→quantitative feeding→mixing with water & accessory material→elevating→dough storage→auto quantitative feeding→cooking extruding→vermicelli extruding→continuously aging by multi-layers conveying→auto continuously hanging aging→auto continuously separating for vermicelli→auto washing for vermicelli→dehydrating & conveying→noodle weighing by manual operation→auto press shaping→auto continuously drying→product 

  Note:There are no "auto continuously hanging aging" in the Flow Chart of KR5 Production Line.
